In 1972, Greg Bayda established his
business in Colorado, instilled with a strong family history
of building ethics and philosophy. Since
then, he has assembled a collection of professional subcontractors
and a crew of craftsmen devoted to their profession. Throughout the years, together we have completed
many diverse projects; mostly residential homes, including historical
renovations, casinos, and other various commercial projects throughout
Colorado.
Greg Bayda's personal long-term crew
and subcontractor team have worked together side-by-side for
many years; each has an immense understanding of his standards,
quality, and scheduling. Greg personally monitors the entire
project; confers with his crew, subcontractors, and the homeowners
in all phases of the building process. He believes in communication
and schedule flow is crucial for a smooth building project, and
is the key to achieving total satisfaction throughout.
